Pre-Service Disclosure Policy
Before showing up:
• Please ensure gates are unlocked and the yard is accessible on your scheduled service day.
• All dogs must be secured inside or in a separate fenced area during service.
• Technicians cannot enter your home — access must be available from outside.
• If our team cannot safely access your yard (locked gate, aggressive pet, unsafe conditions), the visit may be
skipped, and the regular service fee still applies.
Yard Conditions:
• Service includes removal of visible dog waste only.
• Tall grass, leaves, gravel, or debris can hide waste — we’ll do our best, but 100% removal is not guaranteed in these conditions.
• Please clear toys or obstacles from service areas when possible.
• If your yard hasn’t been cleaned in 2+ weeks, a first-time deep clean rate may apply.
Waste Handling:
• Waste will be bagged and placed in your trash bin unless removal service is arranged.
• Add-on options such as deodorizer or sanitizing spray are available upon request.
Billing & Service Plans:
• You authorize Dog Doo Gone LLC to charge for scheduled services per your plan (weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time).
• Services are billed as outlined in your agreement or confirmation email.
• Cancellations or schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a lockout fee.
Weather & Rescheduling:
• During extreme weather (heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe heat), service may be delayed or rescheduled.
• We’ll notify you via text or email of any changes.
Proof & Communication:
• Optional: before/after photos for quality assurance.
• You’ll receive a confirmation when service is complete.
