3) Access & Safety
- Provide safe, unobstructed yard access on your scheduled service day.
- All dogs must be secured inside or in a separate fenced area during service.
- Gates must be unlocked or accessible via provided code/key; technicians do not enter homes.
- If we cannot safely access your yard, the visit may be skipped and the regular service fee applies.
4) Yard Conditions
Service includes removal of visible dog waste only. Tall grass, heavy leaves, gravel, or debris may prevent complete cleanup. Toys/obstacles should be cleared. If last cleanup was > 2 weeks ago, a first-time deep clean rate may apply.

Services are billed monthly in advance based on the selected plan. You authorize recurring charges unless written cancellation is received. Rates may change with 30 days' notice. Late payment may suspend service.

This Agreement incorporates and is governed by the Dog Doo Gone LLC Terms of Service and Pre‑Service Confirmation & Policy. By signing, you acknowledge and accept those terms.
9) E‑Signature
By signing electronically, you consent to do business electronically and agree your typed name constitutes your signature for this Agreement.
